Sea-Critter Mask Concept

This is a concept design I created for a mask. The mask will be able to fit onto a human head, and will be made out of latex, foam, human hair and various other materials to create some string like fins and tentacles ( which will come out from the chin, cheeks, and forehead ).

The teeth will be made our of acrylics, and hard to the touch. The horns will be attached and created separately out of a similar material. I plan on punching the hair by hand.

I've been studying sea animals lately and sea monsters. The lore is extremely interesting to me, as are the actual living creatures in our oceans today. Beta fish and various amphibians in particular have struck me as amazing and beautiful organisms. I plan on incorporating the Beta Fish color schemes into this mask, and many amphibious qualities.

It's going to be an intense project, we'll see what happens!
